I try to integrate Fabric/Crashlytics via CocoaPods, my Podfile looks like this:

    pod &#39;Fabric/Core&#39;, &#39;1.2&#39;
    pod &#39;Fabric/Crashlytics&#39;, &#39;1.2&#39;

But when I try to build my app, the build fails and I get a `Shell Script Invocation Error` that the run script isn&#39;t found:

After deployment of an app to Google Play Beta I see next issue in Crashlytics (6 - 7 users are affected)

Google Fabric: UiAutomation not connected

I saw all other questions, but none of accepted answers is working for me. 

By following integration steps found here https://dev.twitter.com/twitter-kit/android/integrate I have created crashlytics.properties file in module root. File is filled with apiKey and apiSecret values found in my newly created twitter application.

Error occurr on project build. I am using AndroidStudio 1.0

This is my error: 

    ERROR - Crashlytics Developer Tools error.
    java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: Crashlytics found an invalid API key: REAL_APIKEY_VALUE.

Crashlytics found an invalid API key - AndroidStudio build

How can I get Crashlytics to receive a log without my app crashing?
I have the following code:

When an error occurs, I want the Crashlytics server to receive the error but the app should continue running.

I do not need the log right away. I would be happy to get the log on the next restart. I just do not want to have to trigger a crash in my app to  receive the log.

Is this possible?

I&#39;ve been testing `Firebase Crashlytics` and even though the normal crash report works right I can&#39;t success trying to generate a custom as it says the [documentation][1].

    Crashlytics.log(msg); 

I also would like to know wether setting the user identifier for `Crashlytics` can be done for any crash (according to the doc I&#39;ve understood that it&#39;s possible) with 

    void Crashlytics.setUserIdentifier(String identifier); 

and how it would have to be done, because it does neither work to me, I can&#39;t see anything on the `Firebase crashlytics console`.

Firebase Crashlytics custom log does not appear in the console

I am trying out the new Firebase/Crashlytics setup and seem to run into a weird issue.

- I have one Android code base with multiple product flavors and each flavor is a separate individual app. 
- all of these apps are registered in Fabric (from the past)
- all of these apps are added in Firebase
- All linking between the two seems ok (from Fabric side as well as from Firebase side, it says that it is all linked up)
- I removed the Fabric API key from the manifest file and added the appropriate plugins/dependencies etc. to both gradle files

I try to send a test crash report as per Firebase instructions.

1. I receive it perfectly fine on one of the product flavors, so I assume all works well. 
However,
2. the rest of the product flavors do not send the crash report and I get this error in log:

This could also be a timing issue, make sure the Crashlytics run script build phase is the last build phase and no other scripts have moved the dSYM from the location Xcode generated it.
    
    Command /bin/sh failed with exit code 1

What does Gradle `transitive = true` do exactly? It is not clear from the [Gradle documentation][1]. This is in the context of `compile` within `build.gradle`. In my case I&#39;m depending Android&#39;s crashlytics.

        transitive = true;

Several Gradle docs ([here][2] and [here][3]) imply that &quot;transitive&quot; defaults to true. Yet removing `transitive = true` results in transitive dependencies not being brought in (in particular `KitGroup`).

    class file for io.fabric.sdk.android.KitGroup not found

The docs say it defaults to true, yet the actual behavior seems to be the opposite.

I am running Gradle 2.2.1. Perhaps the behavior changed between 2.2 and 2.4?

What&#39;s the trick to get Google Fabric / Crashlytics working with Xcode 10?

**Edit:** Thanks to all who have commented so far. What i&#39;ve tried so far:

 - tried reinstalling the pods / clearing pod caches
 - tried cleaning build folder, then restarting xcode
 - tried playing with -ObjC linker flag. It does indeed look like this flag has something to do with the issue, but unfortunately I need this flag active as I use objective-c frameworks that have static categories on classes


Xcode 10b5 - duplicate symbol linker error, can&#39;t compile with Crashlytics

I have been using the latest Crashlytics (Fabric integration) for a while. But recently I encountered the following crash error due to missing dependency although I didn&#39;t change anything about Crashlytics configurations. 

any idea?

How can I fix this CrashlyticsMissingDependencyException?

I&#39;ve setup the Crashlytics in my one iOS application and installed the application on a real device. My Crashlytics Dashboard is displaying that, I&#39;ve successfully added the app. However, it&#39;s not sending crash report. My internet speed is not so good. But I can check my emails from this device. Can anybody guess, where is the problem?

Crashlytics is not sending Crash report from iPhone

I am trying to implement Firebase Crashlytics in my iOS project. I did all the setups according to [Firebase Crashlytics Doucmentation][1]. The crash is performed manually when the button is clicked just to see whether the crashlytics is working.

After reading [Get Deobfuscated crash reports][3] I just Set Debug Information Format to ***DWARF with dSYM File*** like below but the problem not fixed till now.

I get following error when I was running an app within Android Studio 2.

The error is gone if I set the minfyEnabled to &quot;false&quot;. But I do want it enabled.

Could not determine the dependencies of task &#39;:app:crashlyticsStoreDeobsDebug&#39; if I enable the proguard

I&#39;m installing Crashlytics for my iOS app. I downloaded it via their site link, and went through all the steps for integrating the frameworks, adding the run script, etc. 

I was experiencing an issue, so I removed the frameworks and decided to start over and try a fresh install. But the Fabric app updated to a newer version, and now when I try to reinstall Crashlytics into my app, it doesn&#39;t give me the option to reinstall the frameworks. It goes straight from clicking &quot;install&quot; to the &quot;Build your project&quot; screen, which I cannot pass.

I press &lt;kbd&gt;⌘B&lt;/kbd&gt;, it builds and nothing happens. I think the issue is because I removed the Crashlytics and Fabric frameworks from my project, but I can&#39;t see a way to add them back again. The Fabric app doesn&#39;t give me that option.

I have a crash in my app. It happens for a lot of users and its multiple places in ActivityThread.java method reportSizeConfigurations. I dont know what this is used for, and why it freezes.

The freeze happens right after the splash screen (when the main activity is started) and is only happening on upgrading of the app. If you reinstall the application the problem goes away. Problem is, I cant tell all the users to reinstall the application... 

Does anyone know what might cause this and why? It seems maybe to be connected with some DB handling, but thats just a guess.

Android ActivityThread.reportSizeConfigurations causes app to freeze with black screen and then crash

For setting up firebase i am using two config 1.GoogleService-Info-test.plist, 2.GoogleService-Info-prdn.plist for UAT and Production. For installing crashlytics using firebase i have followed firebase documentation https://firebase.google.com/docs/crashlytics/get-started?authuser=1#ios. But when i try to run, it throws error in build phase while running script.

I tried without changing config file name and it worked.

Error msg at build phase while running fabric run script &quot;Could not get GOOGLE_APP_ID in Google Services file from build environment&quot;.

Can anyone suggest better solution to achieve my requirement.

I want to delete 2 of the builds/versions from the Crashlytics dashboard — they were uploaded with the wrong version number and it&#39;s creating havoc in the testing process.

I would prefer to completely *and* totally remove them from Crashlytics.

Recently opened a project that I had compiled and submitted to Apple.

I haven&#39;t touched it for a couple of months but I&#39;m getting this odd compile error at:

    #import &lt;Crashlytics/Crashlytics.h&gt;

The error reads:

    &#39;Crashlytics/Crashlytics.h&#39; file not found

Clearly the framework can&#39;t be found but I&#39;m puzzled as to why, when the project was working a few months ago, it&#39;s suddenly stopped. 

Any suggestions why?
