I have a list view for delete id. I&#39;d like to add a listener to all elements with a particular class and do a confirm alert.

My problem is that this seems to only add the listener to the first element with the class it finds. I tried to use `querySelectorAll` but it didn&#39;t work.

Here&#39;s what I&#39;ve done so far on my x64 OS:

   - Installed Python (v2.7 --specifically 2.7.6) and added it to the system path (C:\Python27)
   - Installed MS VS C++ 2010 Express Version (I already had VS 2012 but without the C++ component)
   - Installed the compiler update for Windows SDK 7.1
   - Successfully executed node-gyp configure (from my add-on directory under nodejs\node_modules where binding.gyp is located)
   

   - ran node-gyp build (as administrator)** This is what crashed, leaving me with:

I want to use git in Intellij Terminal but it does not recognize the command. In Command Prompt and Windows power shell the command in recognized (I added the git path in System Environment Variables). I am also aware that Intellij has an GUI integration with Git.

I just installed IntelliJ IDEA and I&#39;m trying to set it up. I&#39;ve gotten to the part where I need to select my home directory for my JDK.

I tried navigating to my Java installation, `C:\Program Files (x86)\Java`, and clicked okay but it told me the message above. So, I tried `C:\Program Files (x86)\Java\jre7` and that didn&#39;t work either.

I tried reinstalling the latest JDK (from [here][1]) and I still couldn&#39;t choose my JDK. I even dragged the `.jar` installer I got from the website and the file selector window wouldn&#39;t recognize it.

I&#39;m at a standstill and I don&#39;t know what to do.

Ok, I have an old batch file that does exactly what I need.  However, with out new administration we can&#39;t run the batch file anymore so I need to start up with C#.

I&#39;m using Visual Studio C# and already have the forms set up for the application I need to build. (I&#39;m learning as I go)

Here is what I need to accomplish in C# (This is the batch guts)

I have some .bat files that I run from the local directory (e.g. C:\Users\pozna001).  However, when I try and change the directory to a data drive using `cd F:\nrcs_project` to run the .bat files from a different location, I see that the command prompt does not recognize the `cd` command.  How can I change the directory in the command prompt so that I can run these .bat files from a different drive (i.e. a data drive connected to a server)?

I am making a batch script and part of the script is trying to remove a directory and all of its sub-directories. I am getting an intermittent error about a sub-directory not being empty. I read one article about indexing being the culprit. I disabled WSearch but I eventually got the error again. Here&#39;s the command:

I have read several answers on how to set environmental variables on OSX as permanently. 

First, I tried this, https://stackoverflow.com/questions/14637979/how-to-permanently-set-path-on-linux but I had an error message saying `no such file and directory`, so I thought I could try   `~/.bash_profile` instead of `~/.profile` but it did not work.

Second, I found this solution https://stackoverflow.com/questions/460835/how-to-set-the-path-as-used-by-applications-in-os-x , which advices to make changes in 

&gt; ~/.MacOSX/environment.plist

but again I had `no such file and directory` error. 
 
I need a way to set these variables such that it won&#39;t require to set them again and again each time I open a new terminal session.

My node installation is at:

`/usr/local/bin/node`

and I&#39;ve added the shebang:

to the top of the file and given my node app file the permissions 755, but when I try to run:

If I do a

then I get a server console warning

 but it works fine on the client side.

But when I change it to

I get an error 

&gt; TypeError: path must be absolute or specify root to `res.sendFile`

 and `index1.html` is not rendered.

I am unable to figure out what the absolute path is. I have `public` directory at the same level as `server.js`. I am doing the `res.sendFile` from with `server.js`. I have also declared `app.use(express.static(path.join(__dirname, &#39;public&#39;)));`

What is the absolute path to be specified here ?

I have a path which looks like

and I would like to remove the `First` from it, thus obtaining

    Second/Third/Fourth/Fifth

The only idea I could come up with is to use recursively `os.path.split` but this does not seem optimal. Is there a better solution?

I am having a bunch of issues with getting a PowerShell command to run. All it is doing is running a command that would be run in a CMD prompt window.

Here is the command:

I have tried the following with no success (I have tried many iterations of this to try and get one that works. Syntax is probably all screwed up):

Running CMD command in PowerShell

I want to add a conda channel to a specific [conda environment](http://conda.pydata.org/docs/using/envs.html) but when I use 

    conda config --add channels glotzer

that channel is now available from all my conda environments.  In addition to testing an install from another environment, the `~/.condarc` file has the following:

    channels:
      - glotzer
      - defaults

How would I configure conda so the channel is only available from a specific environment?

I did find in the [channel documentation](http://conda.pydata.org/docs/channels.html) that for conda &gt;= 4.1.0, putting channels at the bottom of the `~/.condarc` will prevent added channels from overiding the core package set.

&gt; By default conda now prefers packages from a higher priority channel over any version from a lower priority channel. Therefore you can now safely put channels at the bottom of your
&gt; channel list to provide additional packages that are not in the
&gt; default channels, and still be confident that these channels will not
&gt; override the core package set.

I expect this will prevent most problems, except when in one environment you do want the package added through a channel to override a core package.

Can I add a channel to a specific conda environment?

I am trying to install packages from `pip` to a fresh environment (virtual) created using anaconda.  [In the Anaconda docs][1] it says this is perfectly fine.  It is done the same way as for virtualenv.  

&gt; Activate the environment where you want to put the program, then pip install a program...

I created an empty environment in Ananconda like this:

    conda create -n shrink_venv

Activate it:

    source activate shrink_venv

I then can see in the terminal that I am working in my env `(shrink_venv)`.  Problem is coming up, when I try to install a package using `pip`:

    (shrink_venv): pip install Pillow

    Requirement already satisfied (use --upgrade to upgrade): Pillow in /Library/Python/2.7/site-packages

So I can see it thinks the requirement is satisfied from the system-wide package.  So it seems the environment is not working correctly, definitely not like it said in the docs.  Am I doing something wrong here?

Just a note, I know you can use `conda install` for the packages, but I have had an issue with Pillow from anaconda, so I wanted to get it from `pip`, and since the docs say that is fine.

Output of `which -a pip`:

    /usr/local/bin/pip
    /Users/my_user/anaconda/bin/pip

** UPDATE **
I see this is pretty common issue. What I have found is that the conda env doesn&#39;t play well with the PYTHONPATH. The system seems to always look in the PYTHONPATH locations even when you&#39;re using a conda environment. Now, I always run `unset PYTHONPATH` when using a conda environment, and it works much better. I&#39;m on a mac.
