I wish to download a video from YouTube and then extract its audio. 

Can anyone point me to some C# code to download a video?

We need all the videos posted on the channel. Videos uploaded to a channel can be from multiple users thus I don&#39;t think providing a user parameter would help...


YouTube API to fetch all videos on a channel

I am trying to embed the new iframe version of a YouTube video and get it to auto play. 

As far as I can tell, there is no way of doing this by amending flags to the URL. Is there a way to do it by using JavaScript &amp; the API?

I am trying to feed my Django page with some resource I am getting from somewhere else.

Once I added this into my page, the video does not show up, saying:

This is the error message that I get:

I&#39;ve seen other similar problems where the target origin is `http://www.youtube.com` and the recipient origin is `https://www.youtube.com`, but none like mine where the target is `https://www.youtube.com` and the origin is `http://localhost:9000`.

I have a program that integrates with the YouTube Live Streaming API. It runs on timers, so its been relatively easy for me to program in to fetch a new Access Token every 50 minutes with a Refresh Token. My question is, why?

When I authenticated with YouTube, it gave me a Refresh Token. I then use this refresh token to get a new Access Token about once an hour. If I have the Refresh Token, I can ALWAYS use this to get a new Access Token, since it never expires. So I don&#39;t see how this is any more secure than just giving me an Access Token from the start and not bothering with the whole Refresh Token system.

What is the purpose of a &quot;Refresh Token&quot;?

I can&#39;t work out how to autoplay a video using the [new embed code style for Youtube][1]. I tried adding &amp;autoplay=1 to the url, which worked with the old style, but it didn&#39;t work. How can I autoplay a video using the new embed code style for Youtube?

I want to be able to control iframe based YouTube players. This players will be already in the HTML, but I want to control them via the JavaScript API.

I&#39;ve been reading the [documentation for the iframe API][1] which explain how to add a new video to the page with the API, and then control it with the YouTube player functions:

I could do this very easily with the old embed method, with something like:

    player = getElementById(&#39;whateverID&#39;);
    player.playVideo();

But this doesn&#39;t work with the new iframes. How can I assign a iframe object already on the page and then use the API functions on it?

How to get number of video views with YouTube API?

I have a hidden div containing a YouTube video in an `&lt;iframe&gt;`. When the user clicks on a link, this div becomes visible, the user should then be able to play the video.

When the user closes the panel, the video should stop playback. How can I achieve this?

How to pause a YouTube player when hiding the iframe?

I upgraded Google Chrome to `Version 64.0.3282.140 (Official Build) (64-bit)` on a Windows 10 machine. Once I did, I am getting this error on my site within the developer tools console. Not real sure where to start. I did see a similar issue last year that was an issue with youtube (also in the url), but I haven&#39;t seen any solutions.

How is possible that I am getting the default URL from Google?

It always gives me the default `http://localhost:8080/Callback` URL instead of mine.

Google OAUTH: The redirect URI in the request did not match a registered redirect URI

I&#39;ve searched for this question  several times

Many suggested that &#39;Get both audio and video. And hide video.&#39; and said that &#39;there is no audio only API&#39;

But it needs more traffic than when only audio is retrieved if I wanted to listen to music via Youtube.

What makes me confused is, an android app called Firetube provides audio only.

Is this just a trick or does Google provides AUDIO ONLY API?

With Youtube api v2, there&#39;s easy way to get videos. Just send a query like this:

Stop embedded youtube iframe?

We have used the YouTube API for android, but there is a problem with a fast closing and opening the same activity with the YouTube player and the YouTube player view. This problem appears in the sample application also, when I try to open `Fullscreen` activity (without clicking `fullscreenbutton`) then close activity with the back button and again and again. 

YouTube app is crashing like :

I am trying to use the Youtube API to pull in all the videos from a particular channel. I set up the project in Google Developers Console and got an API browser key. I enabled YouTube Data API v3 and for safe measure, I enabled YouTube Analytics API. 

I do not know what I am getting this error. Can anyone help me.

Getting an Embedded YouTube Video to Auto Play and Loop

I&#39;m using the youtube iframe api and get the following console error relating to the blocking of a frame with origin http://www.youtube.com. Was wondering if anyone can explain why this error is only appearing in the chrome console and if there are any ways to prevent this happening?
