I&#39;m running Xcode 11 Beta 4.
I&#39;m using CocoaPods, and wanted to use one of my dependencies with Swift Package Manager as a static library instead of as a framework.
On a fresh project created with Xcode 11, the dependency can be imported successfully, but on my existing CocoaPods workspace, it does not.

I think it&#39;s likely related, but I&#39;m also getting this link warning in Xcode:

    directory not found for option &#39;-L/Users/username/Library/Developer/Xcode/DerivedData/App-axanznliwntexmdfdskitsxlfypz/Build/Products/Release-iphoneos

I went to see if the directory exists after the warning is emitted, and it does.
I could not find any meaningful difference between the newly-created project and my old one, other than the existence of CocoaPods.

Would appreciate any pointers.

Getting &#39;no such module&#39; error when importing a Swift Package Manager dependency

I&#39;ve just updated to Xcode 9.4.1 and experienced an issue with the clipboard being cleared randomly.

So I select a text, hit `CMD+C`, then go to the position I want to paste it, hit `CMD+V`, but either

- it plays the system alert sound and doesn&#39;t paste anything, or
- it pastes a previous snippet that I copied earlier.

With Xcode 10.2, I could select the &quot;Authors&quot; view, then select a **previous** git revision to blame from the bottom picker:

But with Xcode 11 beta, when I select the [&quot;Authors&quot; view](https://i.stack.imgur.com/Hjc1R.png), I&#39;m unable to select a **past** revision to blame because the picker is missing:

Was that feature removed, or are there new steps to do to _blame_ the lines of code for a **past** revision? To illustrate it even more, I&#39;d like to see in Xcode 11 a **past** Blame like GitHub does when you [blame a specific **previous** revision]( https://github.com/EFPrefix/EFCountingLabel/blame/b84a92689bd453214c6063c6b6e77f8282e2232a/EFCountingLabel/Classes/EFCountingLabel.swift).

How to Git Blame/Authors a previous revision with Xcode 11?

Yesterday, I&#39;ve downloaded beta version of Xcode 11. After that, I&#39;ve opened my project and tried to run with new Xcode. Unfortunately error has occurred with message:

I&#39;ve closed beta version and tried to run again with latest stable version of Xcode (10.2.1), but the same error has occurred. I need to mention that before attempting to run a project with Xocde 11, it worked without any problems on Xcode 10. Nothing has been changed before and after running with beta Xcode.

What I&#39;ve already tried:

 - I&#39;ve removed Xcode 11 beta
 - I&#39;ve cleaned my project and pulled it from latest branch
 - I&#39;ve completely removed Xcode 10 from: 
 ```/Applications/Xcode.app
~/Library/Caches/com.apple.dt.Xcode
~/Library/Developer
~/Library/MobileDevice
~/Library/Preferences/com.apple.dt.Xcode.plist

I can run other projects which was not tested with Xcode 11 without any problems.

My last idea is to just reinstall macOS, but I would like to don&#39;t do it.

Edit: I’ve forgot to mention that application is working on physical iPhone XS.

Cannot run application on simulator after installing Xcode 11 - CFBundleVersion error

I have a project in Xcode 11 that I added Swift Package Manager dependencies to. I now realized that I no longer need one of the package dependencies I previously added to my project.

As you can see below, there are no options under `File &gt; Swift Packages` for deleting a packager from Swift Package Manager for this project.

I have tried removing the package from the array in the `project.xcworkspace/xcshareddata/swiftpm/Package.resolved` file. But it still doesn&#39;t remove it from Xcode, and the next time I `Update to Latest Package Versions` it readds the entry to the `Package.resolved` file.

How can I delete a Swift Package Manager dependency in my project?

It is legitimate for people and organizations using the Phonegap build service to ask themselves how to put our IPA online knowing that we do not have access to the Xcode project file.

Apple gives us a new tool called **Archives organizer** but as we can read on the [documentation][2]:

&gt; In the Archives organizer, select the archive you want to upload, then
&gt; click Distribute App.

**Okay, where&#39;s my archive? Is an IPA considered an archive? How do I integrate my IPA into this software?**

Maybe I haven&#39;t found the solution that is right in front of me but for the moment I&#39;m especially afraid of the future of Phonegap build if there is no alternative tool for the Application Loader.

**So, did you even facing the same problem and do you find a solution ? (excepting a migration to Cordova)**

I know that hybrid applications don&#39;t have a long life ahead of them because of the depreciation of UIWebView and the low compatibility of cordova with WKWebView but I can&#39;t believe Apple decides to kill Phonegap build without a warning. And as usual, Phonegap&#39;s teams are not very talkative.

Well, It is possible to transfer your ipa with the following command but did it is worked because I have the old version of Xcode (10) and so it will be deprecated when Xcode 11 release ?

How to upload IPA now that Application Loader is no longer included in Xcode 11

I have a project with multiple targets, such as an iOS app, a watchOS app, and some frameworks. How can I assign the same Swift Package to all my targets? Xcode only let&#39;s me select one:

If I try to add the Swift Package again so I can try assigning it to another target in my project, I get an error:

Consume Swift Package for multiple targets and platforms in a project?

In Xcode 11, I created a new app project from the Single View App template. I want this app to run in iOS 12 as well as iOS 13. But when I switch the deployment target to iOS 12, I got a lot of error messages like this one:

What should I do?

I used to use autolayout add new constraints to make simple constraints to superview / relative view like this (for loooong time):

However, recently after updated to the latest xcode (11.3.3 or just 11.3/11C29), I have this weird issue: when I set the constant = 0, they always generate the constraints in an unwanted way like this:

And it seems default value is somehow 20 and making my view look so wrong (0 compared to 20?)

If I fix that by edit the constraint like this:

Then it&#39;ll correct again (the image is after edited the constraints, before edited it display constant = `Standard`)

I don&#39;t even know how to describe the issue, but how do I fix this new `add new constraint` to use my desire point instead of standard / default?

Update:

It seems to only happened when constraint to superview. No clue how to fix tho.

I am able to download the current versions of Xcode and other resources from the Apple Developer Center(s), but where can I download older versions? 

Specifically, I am looking for recent older Xcode

When using Auto Layout, I am unable to set up a simple UIScrollView in my view controller in Xcode 11 beta. I know that I must constrain the scroll view to the edges, and then set the scroll view width and height equal to the width and height of the entire view that contains the scroll view. However, I am not getting the option to set equal widths and heights when I attempt to do so.

When I do the right-click-drag from the scroll view to the entire main view, I get the following options:

- Leading Space to Safe Area
- Top Space to Safe Area
- Trailing Space to Safe Area
- Bottom Space to Safe Area
- Center Horizontally in Safe Area
- Center Vertically in Safe Area

In other videos, there is an &quot;Equal Widths&quot; and &quot;Equal Heights&quot; option that I don&#39;t seem to have.

Am I doing something wrong, or did Apple change the way scroll views work in Xcode 11?

Are there some changes I have to make in &quot;valid architectures&quot; in the framework project?

**Updated:** I can&#39;t pick any answer as a correct one as the framework in my case was really tiny (one class, a few methods) and almost not in use, so I decided to get rid of it and move these a few methods into main project.

When inspecting a crash with Firebase Crashlytics, I noticed the following line in the Keys section:

Is this related to the assets in my app? A memory issue in CoreUI?

I have been trying to make my project work with the new Xcode 11. Everything works smoothly, except on several occasions when I run my app on the simulator (iPhone 11 Pro Max), the app freezes after I click on EditTexts. This happens after a few times I have used the app. If I clear the simulator memory and restart everything works normally. 

I created a view controller with just the EditText and am able to replicate the simulator freezing. Sometimes it freezes before launching the soft keypad, sometimes after it has been displayed. I am still able to kill the app and rerun it through Xcode but it freezes every time unless I do hardware reset on simulator. 

I am just concerned if this would happen on the device too? Has anyone faced this? 

Edit: Just to add. When this happens, I try to use the messaging app and the same thing happens there. 

Keyboard gets stuck in ios 13 simulator

I&#39;m running Xcode 11.0 on macOS Mojave (10.14.6) and though the iPhone SE is [officially supported on iOS 13][1], it doesn&#39;t appear in the list of simulators.

Is there an iPhone SE simulator for Xcode 11, iOS 13?

Problem: a view on Pad shows up with ***unwanted*** split view.

My current setup is:
Catalina OSX beta 5 + 
Xcode 11 Beta 5

Here is the code I used, with a Navigation View and a Navigation Title:
