Can anyone suggest what I have to do in my existing Android Application?



What is app-ads.txt and how do I implement it in AdMob?

I&#39;ve seen several posts on google and stackoverflow related to this error, I&#39;ve read all of them but still fetching the problem , I will be glad for a solution. Here is the error mesage I recieve when compiling ...

Should I use the same Ad Unit ID for all the ads in my app or should I get one ID per Activity?


Should I use different AdMob Ad Units ID in different Activities?

I have installed the AdMob SDK 6.2.0 (Xcode 4.5 (4G182) and I am testing on an iPhone 4S and the simulator). I followed the tutorial and just want to get AdMob showing a banner once. But it crashes on the last line:

This looks like a bug in the library to me but I think thats very unlikely. Any thoughts?

EDIT: The exact same code works in the example projects. Is there something I can do wrong with my project file that would result in that error?

AdMob crashes with [GADObjectPrivate changeState:]: unrecognized selector

In a recent release where I added MoPub via Admob ad mediation I am seeing a bunch of ConcurrentModificationException in crash logs. It all seems to be native code and I am on the latest version of all ad related and google/android related libraries. Anyone run in to this before?

I have this in my main xml file:

I&#39;m currently uploading my App to the App Store and Apple is asking me if this app users IDFA. I&#39;m using the latest Admob SDK or 6.8.0 and I don&#39;t know if it uses IDFA or not, and if it does which check boxes should I hit X.X

Does this app use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA)? - AdMob 6.8.0

I am getting an error after I put my application in an AdMob. The app was working until today. The error is the following:


    ld: library not found for -lGoogleAdMobAds
    clang: error: linker command failed with exit code 1 (use -v to see invocation)

How can I fix this? Thank you.

When I followed the instructions to add an ad into my app by xml, I got the following errors:

Plugin with id &#39;com.google.gms.google-services&#39; not found

Eclipse is giving me an error on the android:configChanges line in my AndroidManifest.xml:

the error is:

    error: Error: String types not allowed (at &#39;configChanges&#39; with value &#39;keyboard|keyboardHidden|orientation|screenLayout|uiMode|screenSize|smallestScreenSize&#39;).

If I leave only `keyboard|keyboardHidden|orientation` there&#39;s no error, but compiler asks for the 4 remaining ones when I try and build.

I&#39;m using `GoogleAdMobAdsSDK-4.3.1`.

Any ideas?

**EDIT:** I got it working by changing my **project.properties** (*default.properties* on SDK&#39;s lower then 14) file to:

    # Project target.
    target=android-14

and in my **SDK Manager** having the **SDK Platform Android 4.0 - Revision 14** installed.

It should also work for *SDK Platform android 3.2 - revision 13*, so you just have to change the project.properties target to *android-13* if that is the case. Basically you just have to make sure that the SDK revision is 13 or above, and that you have that SDK installed in the SDK manager and the project target in default/project.properties pointing to it.

Admob Error in Eclipse for android:configChanges

I&#39;m using Eclipse to develop applications for android, and I want to integrate Admob to make money.
The tutorial says I should watch the LogCat to find ID, but where is it?

When I run in either the test mode or the real mode, sometimes the eclipse will notify that Ads returned, yet it does not show in the emu... can anyone explain? 

How can I get device ID for Admob

I have upgraded to `Xcode 10` on `High Sierra` and now the [Rewarded Ad example project][1] from AdMob complains that `com.apple.commcenter.coretelephony.xpc` is not working correctly.

Is there a new entitlement that I have to enable? I am searching for hours without any clue.

**UPDATE:**
This only happens from the simulator. On the device it works fine. They must have added a new restriction.

Xcode 10 seems to break com.apple.commcenter.coretelephony.xpc

I just started facing this issue with the iOS 10 GM release. I received an email saying:

&gt;To process your delivery, the following issues must be corrected:

&gt;This app attempts to access privacy-sensitive data without a usage description. The app&#39;s Info.plist must contain an NSCameraUsageDescription key with a string value explaining to the user how the app uses this data.
    
&gt;Once the required corrections have been made, you can then redeliver the corrected binary.

I am using google GoogleSignIn. I am not using Firebase, but when installing GoogleSignIn with cocoa pods, I saw in the logs it automatically installed Firebase. 

Is there something we can do other than having to define these keys as my app has nothing to do with camera / photos etc and hence I don&#39;t want users to think we are using them.

Don&#39;t know if it&#39;s ok to ask this question here, but I didn&#39;t know where to ask it...

I have made an app with an ad from AdMob. It works just fine, showing up in the app and everything. The problem is when I want to link my app in the AdMob interface, my app is not showing when I search the market. 

But I know that it&#39;s actually on the market because I can find it when searching on play.google.com.

App not showing in admob when trying to link?

I have followed many answers about that error here, but my problem is not solved.
Every time I run my app no ads appear and I get this error message in Logcat:

I have an app with Admob SDK used in it, to show Interstitial ads (full screen ads).

Reccently Google has updated the SDK, along with many other things (build tools, gradle plugin, IDE, etc...), including admob (firebase ads).

The problem

After updating, I noticed that whenever the app tries to show an Interstitial ad, it crashes.

The crash log is as such:

Thing is that it worked fine before. Now I&#39;m not sure what causes it to occur.

Searching the web, I didn&#39;t see anything that talks about &quot;Only fullscreen activities can request orientation&quot; . 

What I had in the manifest, is something a bit old, that might not be needed anymore:

What I&#39;ve tried
--
1. I tried to remove the manifest entry. Still same issue.

2. I tried to set the theme to be &quot;@android:style/Theme.Translucent.NoTitleBar.Fullscreen&quot; by force, but it also didn&#39;t help.

3. I even thought that it might be because I currently have Android 8.1, but when I tried using the app from the play store, I noticed it worked just fine, without crashes.

4. I tried to go back to as far as version 11.2.2 of admob and use gradle v 2.3.3 , but it also didn&#39;t help.

5. When trying on an emulator with Android 7.0 , it worked fine with latest versions of everything, and removal of the whole manifest activity tag.

6. I tried to use this in gradle file, instead of what I used :

    compile &#39;com.google.android.gms:play-services-ads:11.4.2&#39; 

Still crashed on my device (Nexus 5x with Android 8.1) yet didn&#39;t crash on emulator.

7. Finally, I tried to run the app on emulator with Android 8.1, and it crashed just as on the real device. 

8. Reported about this to Google Admob team, as well as [**Android issue tracker**][1]. I hope they will answer me about this.

The questions

What could be the cause to this issue?

Is it because of Android 8.1 ? If so, how come the older version of the app worked fine? I tried to revert there a lot of versions to old ones, yet it still crashed.

And, most importantly, how can I solve it?
