I was able to get this working by importing the certificates into the machine store and not the user store, which is the default:

    $ sudo mozroots --import --machine --sync
    $ sudo certmgr -ssl -m https://go.microsoft.com
    $ sudo certmgr -ssl -m https://nugetgallery.blob.core.windows.net
    $ sudo certmgr -ssl -m https://nuget.org

I verified that before I did this — even after having done the original user store-based commands — [the tlstest.exe tool](http://www.mono-project.com/FAQ:_Security) failed, and after importing into the machine store it succeeded.

And, most important to me of course, nuget started working then too. :)

I am trying to do something that is probable very simple. I  would like to save three arrays to a file as columns using &#39;np.savetxt&#39; When I try this

    x = [1,2,3,4]
    y = [5,6,7,8]
    z = [9,10,11,12]

    np.savetxt(&#39;myfile.txt&#39;, (x,y,z), fmt=&#39;%.18g&#39;, delimiter=&#39; &#39;, newline=os.linesep)


The arrays are saved like this

    1 2 3 4
    5 6 7 8
    9 10 11 12

But what I wold like is this 

    1 5 9
    2 6 10
    3 7 11
    4 8 12

I have been reading around on internet connectivity with Android and noticed there are different ways to handle this i.e. [`AsyncTask`][1] and [`IntentService`][2]. However, I&#39;m still not sure which one to use. My application is basically a location/trails finder with Google Maps. My internet connectivity will be used to find the nearest trails within a certain radius of the map. So, every time a user moves or swipes the map to a new location then it will update with the nearest trails. It will also add a new trail, and allow the user to rate a trail.

Will `AsyncTask` suffice for this or should I use `IntentService`?

I am attempting to bind a socket to a port below:

I attempted to list the contents of each directory and count the number of files in each directory by using the following command

    find ./ -type d | xargs ls -l | wc -l

But this summed the total number of lines returned by

    find ./ -type d | xargs ls -l

Using `ps -ef | grep tomcat` I found a tomcat server that is running. I tried `kill -9 {id}` but it returns &quot;No such process.&quot; What am I doing wrong?

I recognize that &lt;kbd&gt;Up&lt;/kbd&gt;/&lt;kbd&gt;Down&lt;/kbd&gt; will give you the command history. But, how do you look at past output by scrolling up and down?

I have used &lt;kbd&gt;Shift&lt;/kbd&gt;+&lt;kbd&gt;Page Up&lt;/kbd&gt;/&lt;kbd&gt;Page Down&lt;/kbd&gt;, &lt;kbd&gt;Alt&lt;/kbd&gt;+&lt;kbd&gt;Shift&lt;/kbd&gt;+&lt;kbd&gt;Up&lt;/kbd&gt;/&lt;kbd&gt;Down&lt;/kbd&gt; and &lt;kbd&gt;Page Up&lt;/kbd&gt;/&lt;kbd&gt;Page Down&lt;/kbd&gt; but none of these seem to work.

I have a really strange problem with `WebRequest` in a `ServiceStack` web application (hosted by XSP on Mono).
It seems that the registration of request modules works in a very strange way; I am using `WebRequest` to create an HTTP request, and it is failing because it was not able to find a creator for that &quot;prefix&quot; (HTTP).

The exception I am seeing is `NotSupportedException`, and I was able to track it to the fact that no creator is registered for the HTTP prefix (I am hitting https://github.com/mono/mono/blob/master/mcs/class/System/System.Net/WebRequest.cs, around line 479)

**EDIT:** more details: `NotSupportedException` is thrown by `WebRequest.GetCreator`, which uses the URL prefix as a key to choose which creator to return; in my case, a `HttpRequestCreator`. The exception is thrown because there is no creator registered for the &quot;HTTP&quot; prefix (actually, there are no creators at all).

So I searched around a little bit, dug into Mono sources, and found that modules are (or should be) added to the `webRequestModules` section of `system.web` in one of the various _*.config_ files.

I looked at my _machine.config_ file, and there it is:

    System.Net.HttpRequestCreator, System, Version=4.0.0.0
Looking at [WebRequest Mono sources](https://github.com/mono/mono/blob/master/mcs/class/System/System.Net/WebRequest.cs) 
it seems that prefixes are added from configuration(s) inside the class static constructor (not a good choice, IMHO, but still.. it should work).

To test it, I tried to add an `HttpRequestCreator` to `system.net/webRequestModules` in my `web.config`; this is loaded by XSP/Mono and results in a duplicate key exception (which is expected since `HttpRequestCreator` should be already loaded, as it is already present in _machine.config_).

**Even stranger:** if I add a mock handler for Http, like this:

    bool res = System.Net.WebRequest.RegisterPrefix (&quot;http&quot;, new MyHttpRequestCreator ());
    Debug.Assert (res == false);

The assertion sometimes pass... sometimes not!
(`RegisterPrefix` returns &quot;false&quot; if a creator for the same prefix is already registered; I expect it always to return false, but this is not the case! Again, it is completely random)

When the registration &quot;fails&quot; (i.e., returns false because an &quot;HTTP&quot; prefix is already registered), then the `WebRequest` can create requests for HTTP. It is as if calling `RegisterPrefix` &quot;wakes up&quot; the static constructor and let it run.

**I am perplexed**: it seems like a race condition in the execution of the static constructor of `WebRequest`, but this does not make sense (the runtime protects static constructors with a lock, IIRC)

What am I missing?
How could I solve or work around this problem?
Is it my fault (misunderstanding or missing something), or does it look like a Mono bug, so should I submit it?

I&#39;m trying to get the SHA1 fingerprint so I can get an Google API key.
Im in the following directory:

Then I execute the command from the google site : 

&gt; keytool -list -v -keystore mystore.keystore

But it gives this error:

Keystore file doesn&#39;t exist

I&#39;m trying to get a Mono install running on a mac (OS X version 10.10.5), and while the install states that it&#39;s completed successfully, I&#39;m not able to call mono from the terminal.

To install it, I ran uninstallMono.sh as root to ensure we didn&#39;t have any leftover cruft, then ran MonoFramework-MDK-4.0.4.1.macos10.xamarin.x86.pkg. The installer appeared to complete successfully, but an attempt to call mono returns

&gt; -bash: mono: command not found

The mono framework does appear to be installed:

How to install Mono on macOS so mono works in terminal?

I&#39;d like to get the `NuGet.exe` version using the command-line. 

I know I can get the version of NuGet running as part of Visual Studio, as per the instructions [here][1], but what I&#39;m after is something similar from the command-line, i.e like:

`nuget --version`

Any ideas?

Get NuGet.exe version from command-line

Like most people, I&#39;m using the [jQuery Nuget package][1] to keep up to date.

However, with the release of jQuery 2.0 I&#39;m now prompted to upgrade jQuery 1.9.1 to 2.0. At this time I have enough visitors across my sites using &#39;ancient&#39; versions of browsers that I&#39;d rather stick with 1.9.x and [jQuery Migrate][2].

Is there anyway to tell Nuget to stick with a particular version (1.9.x) when checking for updates of a package (jQuery or otherwise)?

I&#39;m using the Visual Studio 2010/2012 extensions, but if I need to use the command line interface within VS to work around this issue, I certainly will.

**Note:** One thing in the back of my mind is that they messed up the update. Since jQuery 1.9.x and 2.0.x/2.x are fairly different, it seems they should have created a jQuery 2(.0.x|.x) package instead.

Of course then people who actually want to update to 2.x will have to know about it and switch which package they want installed. But given that it contains breaking changes, maybe that&#39;s better?

I want to [run a local/internal NuGet repository][1].  I think I&#39;ve figured out how to &quot;reuse&quot; existing NuGet packages by including them in a dummy project using NuGet and scanning the package file to [grab my locally-cached `.nupkg` files][2], but...

## How do you create a nuget package (`.nupkg`) from a project, automatically including **all** `dll` dependencies and not just those grabbed via NuGet?

Specifically:

1. Create a solution
2. Add a new Project
3. Add references to various `.dll` files/other projects _&lt;-- this is the missing part_
4. Add NuGet packages via package manager / cmdline / whatever
5. _something_ automatically creates the `.nupkg`

From what I&#39;ve found, you&#39;re supposed to do things like

* manually edit your `.csproj` file to add `&lt;BuildPackage&gt;true&lt;/BuildPackage&gt;` to include dependencies
* manually create a `.nuspec` file and manually [list your dependencies][3] ([similar ?][4])
* manually run `nuget pack` on your `.nuspec` file

But everything is manual, which is stupid.  Even the semi-automatic solutions are still awkward or half-manual:

* [Create `.nuspec` templates][5] - doesn&#39;t seem to include dependencies, just metadata
* [nuget pack via build-event][6] (step #5), which you need to add manually to every project, and it has [its own quirks][7]:

Build NuGet Package automatically including referenced dependencies

Firstly, I do not want to use Visual Studio at all when dealing with the certain .nupkg files.

I know there is a tool called NuGet Package Explorer and this can export nupkg files to a certain file location using a gui, but I&#39;m looking to setup a MSBuild task to run and unpack about 50 .nupkg files, using the command line.

My question is, is there a tool you can use via the command line which will unpack .nupkg files to a specified file location?
