**1. On Installation:** You&#39;ll get asked for the appearance as part of the installation of Mojave.

**2. After Installation:** If you want to change it afterwards go to `System Preferences` &gt; `General` and change the `Appearance`.

**2b. On macOS Catalina:**
You get even a third option to change the appearance automatically based on your Nightshift preferences.

If you use macOS Mojave (10.14.+), you can enable Dark Mode only for Xcode 10 using this command line.

    defaults write com.apple.dt.Xcode NSWindowDarkChocolate -bool true

**Workaround**:

    defaults write com.apple.dt.Xcode _NSSystemAppearanceOverride DarkAppearance

When I try to publish my application to the web server after upgrading to .NET Core 2.1 from 2.0, I get this message: &quot;This version of Microsoft.AspNetCore.All is only compatible with the netcoreapp2.1 target framework. Please target netcoreapp2.1 or choose a version of Microsoft.AspNetCore.All compatible with netcoreapp2.0.&quot;

It runs fine on my development machine.

I have seen [this][1], but it does not seem to be the problem.  I have also experimented with the prerelease 2.1 version of CodeGeneration.Tools, but I was not able to install it.

EDIT:  I did install dotnet 2.1 on the server.

I&#39;m using Android Studio 3.2 Canary 14 and [The Navigation Architecture Component][1]. With this you can define transition animations pretty much as you would when using Intents. 

But the animations are set as properties of the actions in the navigation graph, like so:

Multi-cursor editing in Xcode 10

I have a very simple application with a single view, containing several UILabels. Upon running in Simulator, the Xcode console returns the error:

&gt; libMobileGestalt MobileGestalt.c:875: MGIsDeviceOneOfType is not supported on this platform.

The Simulator itself just shows a white screen. I&#39;ve also tried running it on a developer device with the same white screen. I&#39;ve searched documentation but can&#39;t find any reference to `MGIsDeviceOneOfType`.
The application is written in Swift in Xcode 10 beta on macOS 10.14. I am attempting to run it on the iPhone 7-X Simulators, as well as a development iPhone 7, all running the target software (12.0).

Xcode 10 is giving this error immediately when trying to build our project. It&#39;s not immediately clear what is causing it.

I am trying to move to the new build system when compiling with Xcode 10. However, it gives the following error:

Running the code in Xcode9 works, but there is a error in Xcode10.

After migrating my framework to Xcode 10 beta (10L176w) I started to get warnings like:

&gt; Mapping architecture arm64 to x86_64. Ensure that this target&#39;s Architectures and Valid Architectures build settings are configured correctly for the iOS Simulator platform.

... and:

&gt; Mapping architecture armv7 to i386. Ensure that this target&#39;s Architectures and Valid Architectures build settings are configured correctly for the iOS Simulator platform.

Despite these warnings the build and the unit tests all pass Ok. I&#39;m using Swift 4.2.

Still, what are these warnings about?


What does warning &quot;Mapping architecture arm64 to x86_64&quot; mean?

I&#39;ve just updated to Xcode 9.4.1 and experienced an issue with the clipboard being cleared randomly.

So I select a text, hit `CMD+C`, then go to the position I want to paste it, hit `CMD+V`, but either

- it plays the system alert sound and doesn&#39;t paste anything, or
- it pastes a previous snippet that I copied earlier.
