I love Notepad++. It does everything I need it to do. I don&#39;t need a fancy IDE, I do compiling with makefiles from the command line, and the projects I work on aren&#39;t insanely huge, they have just grown beyond being small. This image describes my problem pretty well:

Is there any plugin for Notepad++ that allows you to open your project at once using a simple project file? It should provide some sort of tree view browsing of your project with __only__ the files you added to the project (so no *.pyc&#39;s and stuff), and not do a whole lot more.

If it turns out to be impossible to add this to Notepad++ then I&#39;m willing to actually try out a different editor that supports this but isn&#39;t a complete, heavy IDE. So answers suggesting a different but similar editor are also welcome.

A question

I got a string value that actually get from directoryInfo.
What i wanted to accomplish is to convert the string value to a date value for making comparison.

The folder name is sample like this C:\FOLD\20111120
and properly another folder path is like this 
C:\FOLD\20111021

20111120 is actually a date format. I am trying to convert it into date format to made some comparison decide to deleting the whole directory or not.

I think i shall paste my code here

I have a form input with an id of &#39;date_trans&#39;. The format for that date input (which is validated server side) can be any of:

- dd/mm/yyyy
- dd-mm-yyyy
- yyyy-mm-dd
- yyyy/mm/dd

However, before posting the form, I&#39;d like to check if the date_trans field has a date that is equal to today&#39;s date. Its ok if the date taken is the client&#39;s date (i.e. it uses js), since I run a double check on the server as well.

I&#39;m totally lost on how to do the date comparrison in jQuery or just plain old javascript. If it helps, I am using the [jquery datepicker][1]

The **circle must be hollow and transparent**. Thus the problem is not solved by putting a solid color circle over a `div`.

I have an SVG that I am trying to center in a div. The div has a width or 900px. The SVG has a width of 400px. The SVG has its margin-left and margin-right set to auto. Doesn&#39;t work, it just acts as if the left margin is 0 (default).

The goal is to have the `&lt;svg&gt;` element expand to the size of its parent container, in this case a `&lt;div&gt;`, no matter how big or small that container may be.

The code:

The most common solution to this problem seems to be setting the `viewBox` attribute on the `&lt;svg&gt;` element.

However, this does not seem to work in cases where elements within the `&lt;svg&gt;` element have predefined widths and/or heights. For example, the `&lt;rect&gt;` element, in the above code, has its width and height explicitly set.

So the obvious solution is to use % widths and % heights on those elements as well.  But does this even have to be done?  Especially, since `&lt;img src=test.svg &gt;` works fine and expands/contracts without any problems with explicitly set `&lt;rect&gt;` heights and widths.

If elements like `&lt;rect&gt;`, and other elements like it, have to have their widths and heights defined in percentages, is there a way in Inkscape to set it so that all elements with the `&lt;svg&gt;` document use percentage widths, heights, etc.. instead of fixed dimensions?
