Try uninstalling typing:

    pip uninstall typing

or downgrading python to 3.6. There seems to be a problem with typing in 3.7

If after that you get:

&gt; AttributeError: module &#39;typing&#39; has no attribute &#39;_ClassVar&#39;

try `pip uninstall dataclasses`.

I understand that `conda update jupyter` updates jupyter notebook (I have Anaconda), but I&#39;m not sure this takes care of jupyterlab as well.

I&#39;m trying to implement the binary classification example using the IMDb dataset in **Google Colab**. I have implemented this model before. But when I tried to do it again after a few days, it returned a `value error: &#39;Object arrays cannot be loaded when allow_pickle=False&#39;` for the load_data() function.

I have already tried solving this, referring to an existing answer for a similar problem: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/55824625/how-to-fix-object-arrays-cannot-be-loaded-when-allow-pickle-false-in-the-sketc?answertab=votes#tab-top.
But it turns out that just adding an allow_pickle argument isn&#39;t sufficient.

Installing `java8` with Homebrew seems to no longer be working. After running:

brew install caskroom/cask/java8
```

I get the following error:

Simply doing:

Unable to install java8 with homebrew

I was following [this post][1] - the reference code is on [GitHub][2]. I have cloned the repository on my local.

The project has got a react app inside it. I&#39;m trying to run it on my local following **step 7** on the [same post][1]:

    docker run -p 8080:80 shakyshane/cra-docker

This returns:

    Unable to find image &#39;shakyshane/cra-docker:latest&#39; locally
    docker: Error response from daemon: pull access denied for shakyshane/cra-docker, repository does not exist or may require &#39;docker login&#39;.
    See &#39;docker run --help&#39;.

I tried login to docker again but looks like since it belongs to [@shakyShane][3] I cannot access it.

I idiotically tried `npm start` too but it&#39;s not a simple react app running on node - it&#39;s in the container and containers are not controlled by `npm`


Looks like `docker pull shakyshane/cra-docker:latest` throws this:

    Error response from daemon: pull access denied for shakyshane/cra-docker, repository does not exist or may require &#39;docker login&#39;

So the question is how do I run this docker image on my local mac machine?

Unable to find docker image locally

Situation:
----------
I am trying to export video with some parameters like video bit rate, audio bit rate, frame rate, changing video resolution, etc. Note that I am letting the user set the video frame rate in fractions; like user can set the video frame rate say, 23.98.

I use **AVAssetWriter** and **AVAssetReader** for this operation. I use [AVAssetWriterInputPixelBufferAdaptor][1] for writing the sample buffers.

Everything else works just fine, except the **video frame rate**.


What I have tried:
------------------

 1. Setting the **AVAssetWriter.movieTimeScale** as suggested [here][2]. Which does change the video frame rate but also makes the video sluggish. ([gist here][3])

 2. Setting **AVVideoExpectedSourceFrameRateKey**. Which does not help. ([gist here][4])

----------
 3. Setting **AVAssetWriterInput.mediaTimeScale**. Again, it changes the video frame rate but makes the video sluggish as *AVAssetWriter.movieTimeScale* does. The video shows different frames at some point and sometimes it sticks and resumes again. ([gist here][5])

 4. Using **AVAssetReaderVideoCompositionOutput** and setting **AVMutableVideoComposition.frameDuration**; just like [SDAVAssetExportSession][6] does. Ironically with SDAVAssetExportSession code, the video is being exported just at the right frame rate that I want, but it just does not work in my code. [gist here][7]

I am not sure why it won&#39;t work with my code. The issue with this approach is it always returns nil from *AVAssetReaderVideoCompositionOutput.copyNextSampleBuffer()*.

 5. Manually changing the timestamp of the frame with **CMSampleTimingInfo**, as suggested [here][8] Something like:

With this approach, I do get the frame rate set just right, but it increases the video duration (as mentioned in the comment of that question’s answer). I think at some point I may have to discard some frames (if the target frame rate is lower; I need to lower the frame rate in most of the cases). 

If I know that if I want 30fps, and my current frame rate is 60fps, it&#39;s simple to discard every second frame and setting the SampleBuffer time accordingly.

If I go with this approach(i.e. setting 23.98 fps), how do I decide which frame to discard and if the target frame rate is higher, which frame to duplicate? Reminder: the frame rate could be in fractions.

Problem setting video frame rate using AVAssetWriter/AVAssetReader

I freshly installed `vim` (Vi IMproved 8.1) as a text editor on my MacOS 10.14.5 with Homebrew. Each time that I run vim I get this error message:

Most common error message seems to be: after installing a package XYZ in a conda environment

pip no longer working after update error &#39;module&#39; object is not callable

I am preparing a docker image for Ubuntu 20.04 and due to TensorFlow 2.0 requirement, I need Python 3.7. TensorFlow runs on Python 3.5 to 3.7. Running `apt install python3` installs Python 3.8 by default and that breaks my TensorFlow installation.

Is there any way I can get an apt package for Python 3.7 for Ubuntu 20.04? Since it is going to be inside docker image, I don&#39;t want to get into the business of downloading Python 3.7 source code and compiling. Putting those commands in Dockerfile will be overwhelming for me. Is there any simpler way of getting Python 3.7 for Ubuntu 20.04?

Running

returns

Python 3.7 on Ubuntu 20.04

Importing from pyxdameraulevenshtein gives the following error, I have 

    pyxdameraulevenshtein==1.5.3, 
    pandas==1.1.4 and 
    scikit-learn==0.20.2. 
    Numpy is 1.16.1. 
    Works well in Python3.6, Issue in Python3.7.

 
Has anyone been facing similar issues with Python3.7 (3.7.9), docker image - python:3.7-buster
