I&#39;m getting a:

&gt;type or namespace name could not be found

error for a C# WPF app in VS2010. This area of code was compiling fine, but suddenly I&#39;m getting this error. I&#39;ve tried removing the Project Reference and the `using` statement, shutting VS2010 and restarting, but still I have this issue.

Any ideas why this might be occurring, where it seems like I&#39;m doing the right thing re Reference &amp; `using` statement?

I also noted in VS2010 that intellisense for that namespace is working ok, so it seems like VS2010 has the project reference and is seeing the namespace on one hand, but during compile doesn&#39;t see it?

I want to implement something similar with [angular-permisssion](https://github.com/Narzerus/angular-permission). And with requirement to control the element&#39;s existance, I need to use angular [structural directive](https://angular.io/docs/ts/latest/guide/structural-directives.html).

At the beginning, i think such syntax would work:

However, it doesn&#39;t work that way.

Moreover, the offical guide only teach you how to write custom structural directive with single input.
With multi-inputs, some third-party tutorials involve a bit. But that&#39;s using the angular template micro-syntax to achieve data binding. Then one problem occurs:
template syntax doesn&#39;t support pure key-value inputs:

    &lt;h2 *permissionIf=&quot;except: map.except；only: &#39;test&#39;&quot;&gt;Except&lt;/h2&gt;

It expands into this(which is illegal):

    &lt;h2 template=&quot;permissionIf except: map.except；only: &#39;test&#39;&quot;&gt;Except&lt;/h2&gt;

A stupid temporary solution is add a useless variable declaration.

    &lt;h2 *permissionIf=&quot;let i;except: map.except；only: &#39;test&#39;&quot;&gt;Except&lt;/h2&gt;

Another inconvenient way is to use template element to wrap the code.

    &lt;template permissionIf [permissionIfExcept]=&quot;&#39;Read&#39;&quot;&gt;
      &lt;h2&gt;Except&lt;/h2&gt;
    &lt;/template&gt;

The above all are not accepetable enough. But I can&#39;t find a bette way to resolve it.

How to use Angular structural directive with multiple inputs

However, I am not confident this is the right way to handle this scenario, and there is a bug that my control is not getting initialized with the value of the ng-model target field.

AngularJS - Create a directive that uses ng-model

I have revealing module pattern which looks like this:

I have this simple scenario:  

Input element which value is changed by jQuery&#39;s val() method.

I am trying to update the angular model with the value that jQuery set. I tried to write a simple directive, but it&#39;s not doing what I want. 

Here&#39;s the directive:

I have an attribute directive restricted as follows:

I need to pass in two attributes; a number and a function/callback, accessing them within the directive using the `attrs` object.

Im wondering if there is a way to pass an argument to a directive?

What I want to do is append a directive from the controller like this:

Currently it works only with static data. Now, I know that I need to insert my $http request into the `source:` of the directive, but I can&#39;t find any good documentation on the subject.

So, how do I piece this all together correctly the Angular way? 


Angularjs autocomplete from $http

Imagine the situation in AngularJS where you want to create a directive that needs to respond to a global event. In this case, let&#39;s say, the window resize event.

What is the best approach for this? The way I see it, we have two options:
1. Let every directive bind to the event and do it&#39;s magic on the current element
2. Create a global event listener that does a DOM selector to get each element on which the logic should be applied.

Option 1 has the advantage that you already have access to the element on which you want to do some operations. But...options 2 has the advantage that you do not have to bind multiple times (for each directive) on the same event which can be a performance benefit.

Let&#39;s illustrate both options:

**Option 1:**

    angular.module(&#39;app&#39;).directive(&#39;myDirective&#39;, function(){
    
         function doSomethingFancy(el){
             // In here we have our operations on the element
        }
    
        return {
            link: function(scope, element){
                 // Bind to the window resize event for each directive instance.
                 angular.element(window).on(&#39;resize&#39;, function(){

**Option 2:**
