You can also undock/dock-to-left/dock-to-right/dock-to-bottom from the Command Menu. Press &lt;kbd&gt;Cmd&lt;/kbd&gt;+&lt;kbd&gt;Shift&lt;/kbd&gt;+&lt;kbd&gt;P&lt;/kbd&gt; (Mac) or &lt;kbd&gt;Cmd&lt;/kbd&gt;+&lt;kbd&gt;Shift&lt;/kbd&gt;+&lt;kbd&gt;P&lt;/kbd&gt; (Windows, Linux, Chrome OS) to open the Command Menu, then start typing `bottom`/`left`/`right`/`undock`.

Other than doing list comprehensions of reversed list comprehension, is there a pythonic way to sort Counter by value? If so, it is faster than this:

How to sort Counter by value? - python

I would like to append a string to the start of each value in a said column of a pandas dataframe (elegantly).
I already figured out how to kind-of do this and I am currently using:

    df.ix[(df[&#39;col&#39;] != False), &#39;col&#39;] = &#39;str&#39;+df[(df[&#39;col&#39;] != False), &#39;col&#39;]

This seems one hell of an inelegant thing to do - do you know any other way (which maybe also adds the character to rows where that column is 0 or NaN)?

In case this is yet unclear, I would like to turn:

        col 
    1     a
    2     0


into:

           col 
    1     stra
    2     str0

I&#39;m trying to work in my local server but I have to clear my cache every time if I want to see changes on the css rules.

I&#39;m working on a web page, and I want custom-styled `&lt;button&gt;` tags. So with CSS, I said: `border: none`. Now it works perfectly in safari, but in chrome, when I click one of the buttons, it puts an annoying blue border around it. I thought `button:active { outline: none }` or `button:focus { outline:none } ` would work, but neither do. Any ideas?

Remove blue border from css custom-styled button in Chrome

I&#39;m planning to develop a simple Firefox extension that will shorten URL of a currently active tab, display a popup with the shortened URL, and place it into the clipboard.

In Google Chrome, this would be pretty easy (according to http://developer.chrome.com/extensions/getstarted.html) -- pure JavaScript plus a few calls to JavaScript API-s of interacting with the browser&#39;s UI.

However, after searching around for a good Firefox extensions tutorial, the most officially-looking links I found are:

 * https://stackoverflow.com/questions/24772/how-do-i-write-a-firefox-addon

According to them, it looks like I will have to learn the XUL language for even the simplest interactions with the browser&#39;s UI. On top of that, I will have to set up custom Firefox profile so as not to hose my default profile during development, create complicated directory structure, write manifest in obscure XML, figure out how to package and test whatever I implement, etc.

It&#39;s 2013, isn&#39;t there an easier way of building Firefox extensions?

The reason I ask is because sometimes when using &lt;kbd&gt;F5&lt;/kbd&gt; on my site the pictures don&#39;t load properly but when using &lt;kbd&gt;SHIFT&lt;/kbd&gt;+&lt;kbd&gt;F5&lt;/kbd&gt; the reload works.

In Google Chrome&#39;s Developer Tools&#39; Sources tabs there is a left side panel which has three tabs with the first one being Sources. Is there a way to download a folder with multiple files and nested folders from this interface? You can right click individual files and &#39;Save as...&#39; but this is cumbersome.

I have tired many things but i can&#39;t get it even though my computer has it.

How can I access this wont files? They have the .woff extension. Double clicking them in chrome  inspector just takes to some url. Which doesn&#39;t work.

How do I download/extract font from chrome developers tools?

When I have DevTools open, there is a little button that toggles `Hide Drawer.` and `Show Console.`. Besides being inconsistently named, the &#39;drawer&#39; is very annoying to me because it takes up so much of the little screen real estate allotted for devtools (i&#39;m bottom docked). How can I keep this &#39;drawer&#39; closed permanently? Or if I can&#39;t do that, can I at least keep the height of it as low as possible? (it returns to a default height every time I open it)

to using commands that were previously submitted by bringing focus to the console and pressing up/down key on it. I want to remove all of the recent command. I&#39;ve tried this command :

    console.clear(); 

but it&#39;s still not working properly. I even clean the whole cookies and cache in the browser. but these commands still there on the console. does anyone know how?

Similar to the [first question][3], my resource was blocked, but later automatically loaded the same resource. Unlike the [second question][4], I don&#39;t want to fix anything; I want to know what this message means and why I received it.
