Class Not Found: Empty Test Suite in IntelliJ

Using IntelliJ IDEA 15, I get these constant and annoying documentation popups whenever my mouse is anywhere in the code window for a decompiled class (from a 3rd party jar). It will popup docs for whatever variable/method/class/anything happens to be near my mouse. If my mouse is not near any lines of code, it will popup for the current classfile, so basically I can&#39;t browse code unless I move my mouse to another window. 

It only happens with decompiled classes, not my normal code. How do I stop these?

I want different application properties to be used for each environment, so I have the following properties files each which have a different URL for the datasource:
 

     - application.properties  (containing common properties)
     - application-local.properties
     - application-dev.properties
     - application-qc.properties
     - application-uat.properties
     - application-live.properties

I am using IntelliJ and running my app using bootRun in the Gradle plugin on my local machine.  I will be using deploying the same application war file on all other environments which run Tomcat.

I have tried adding: 

&gt; --spring.profiles.active=local

 to the run configuration under script parameters.

I have tried adding 

&gt; -Dspring.profiles.active=local

 to the run configuration under VM options.

Neither work. I keep seeing the INFO message on startup say: *No active profile set, falling back to default profiles: default*

If I run my app from the windows command line using 

    gradle bootRun

but I first set the environment variable 

    set SPRING_PROFILES_ACTIVE=local

Then everything works.

So my question is, how do I activate my local spring boot profile when running bootRun from IntelliJ ?

I am debugging a Python (`3.5`) program with PyCharm (`PyCharm Community Edition 2016.2.2 ; Build #PC-162.1812.1, built on August 16, 2016 ; JRE: 1.8.0_76-release-b216 x86 ; JVM: OpenJDK Server VM by JetBrains s.r.o`) on Windows 10.

**The problem: when stopped at some breakpoints, the Debugger window is stuck at &quot;Collecting data&quot;, which eventually timeout.** (with *Unable to display frame variables*)

The data to be displayed is neither special, nor particularly large. It is somehow available to PyCharm since a conditional break point on some values of the said data works fine (the program breaks) -- it looks like the process to gather it for display only (as opposed to operational purposes) fails.

When I step into a function around the place I have my breakpoint, its data is displayed correctly. When I go up the stack (to the calling function, the one I stepped down from and where I wanted initially to have the breakpoint) - I am stuck with the &quot;Collecting data&quot; timeout again.

There have been numerous issues raised with the same point since at least 2005. Some were fixed, some not. The fixes were usually updates to the latest version (which I have).

**Is there a general direction I can go to in order to fix or work around this family of problems?**

**EDIT April 2018: It looks like the problem is solved in the 2018.1 version**, the following code which was hanging when setting a breakpoint on the `print` line now works (I can see the variables):

PyCharm provides some helpful warnings on code style, conventions and logical gotchas. It also provides a notification if I try to commit code with warnings (or errors).

Sometimes I consciously ignore these warnings for particular lines of code (for various reasons, typically to account for implementation details of third-party libraries). I want to suppress the warning, but just for that line (if the warning crops up on a different line where I&#39;m not being deliberate, I want to know about it!)

I cannot **debug** in PyCharm using py.test. All the test suite is running ok in &quot;Debug mode&quot; but it doesn&#39;t stop on breakpoints.

Unable to debug in pycharm with pytest

I have installed tensorflow version r0.11. 

In my file name `cartpole.py` I have imported `tensorflow`:

     import tensorflow as tf  

and use it:

     tf.reset_default_graph()

Trying to run my project in PyCharm I get this error:

Unlike Netbeans, in Jetbrains IDEs, the setting files related to user and team are mixed in the same folder that makes it tricky when you need to push them to git. 

There is a number of sample git ignore files for these IDEs and https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/articles/206544839 page on git site. 

However, after using them for a months we figure out that it is safer and actually more convenient to do the reverse. I mean ignoring all `.idea` files and adding only team-related settings explicitly. (instead of adding all and ignoring some). 

The main thing that can be shared among developers is code style configs. So, by using IDE auto-reformatting option all the team will follow a consistent style. 

Besides that, the question is which other files are recommended to be included and not ignored? Why?

I am currently using Windows 10 with WSL Ubuntu 18.04 installed. I am trying to use WSL as the default terminal in WebStorm however, I am able to use the bash from WSL but the default directory would not be set to the default project location.

Does anyone know how to set this up correctly?
