A spreadsheet ID can be extracted from its URL. For example, the spreadsheet ID in the URL https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/abc1234567/edit#gid=0 is &quot;abc1234567&quot;.

states that:

Every API method requires a spreadsheetId parameter which is used to identify which spreadsheet is to be accessed or altered. This ID is the value between the &quot;/d/&quot; and the &quot;/edit&quot; in the URL of your spreadsheet. For example, consider the following URL that references a Google Sheets spreadsheet:

    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1qpyC0XzvTcKT6EISywvqESX3A0MwQoFDE8p-Bll4hps/edit#gid=0

The ID of this spreadsheet is **1qpyC0XzvTcKT6EISywvqESX3A0MwQoFDE8p-Bll4hps**.

So I just pulled up my spreadsheet and looked at the URL to find my ID.

I just created a hyperlink to the sheets and then copied that hyperlink to a text file and the link line shows the GID.

Then I created a pull down list in A52 and then made =IF() logic to go to the GIDs to go to those sheets.

How can I find out if a function or method is a normal function or an async function? I would like my code to automatically support normal or async callbacks and need a way to test what type of function is passed.

I have a simple script :

I would like to trap ERR if my script fails (as it will here b/c I do not have the permissions to look into /root). However, when using `set -e` it is not trapped. Without `set -e` ERR is trapped.  

According to the bash man page, for `set -e` : 

&gt;  ... A trap on ERR, if set, is executed before the  shell  exits. ...

Why isn&#39;t my trap executed?  From the man page it seems like it should.

Is there any way to get `@InjectMocks` to inject my String property? I know I can&#39;t mock a String since it&#39;s immutable, but can I just inject a normal String here?

`@InjectMocks` injects a null by default in this case. `@Mock` understandably throws an exception if I put it on `myProperty`. Is there another annotation I&#39;ve missed that just means &quot;inject this exact object rather than a Mock of it&quot;?

As I understand it, the problem is in these lines:

Spring supports two different validation methods: Spring validation and JSR-303 bean validation. Both can be used by defining a Spring validator that delegates to other delegators including the bean validator. So far so good.

But when annotating methods to actually request validation, it&#39;s another story. I can annotate like this

Here, @Valid is [javax.validation.Valid][1], and @Validated is [org.springframework.validation.annotation.Validated][2]. The docs for the latter say

&gt; Variant of JSR-303&#39;s Valid, supporting the specification of validation
&gt; groups. Designed for convenient use with Spring&#39;s JSR-303 support but
&gt; not JSR-303 specific.

which doesn&#39;t help much because it doesn&#39;t tell exactly how it&#39;s different. If at all. Both seem to be working pretty fine for me.

How I can mock a field variable which is being initialized inline?

When debugging onEdit() it shows that sourceRange in setDataValid(range, sourceRange) is null. As the range is in my sheet &#39;Local&#39; I&#39;m trying to change the getActiveSpreadsheet() to a get spreadsheet by name. Anyone who can help ?

I have a Google Sheet ([example][1]) with a basic vlookup to create a summable column. It returns &quot;#N/A&quot; for every search key not found, and attaches the following error to those cells:

&gt; Error Did not find value &#39;me@me.com&#39; in VLOOKUP evaluation.

After much searching the only solution I found was to wrap the vlookup in an IF(ISNA()), given in [How to link various Google spreadsheets using IMPORTRANGEs that contain VLOOKUP formulas without getting #N/A returned?](https://stackoverflow.com/a/28794279). This works, but it really seems like I should not have to do this. Is there another way?

I&#39;ve generated a server key in the API Manager and attempted to execute the following on my Mac:

I&#39;d like to combine a range of cells of data so that it comes out with just one text string and a comma + space between each one. I have been successful in using concatenate: 

    =ArrayFormula(concatenate(C3:F&amp;&quot;, &quot;))

but there are extra commas that don&#39;t need to be there in between some data and a lot of extra commas at the end.

In Google Sheets, when using ArrayFormula with AND formula, I don&#39;t get the results as it should be.


    A|B
    2|7

In `C1` I put formula as: `=and(A1&gt;5,B1&gt;6)` then I get `True`. If in D1 I put formula as: `=ArrayFormula(and(A1:A&gt;5,B1:B&gt;6))` I get the results as `False`. 



Here are my two questions:

 1. Why is `ArrayFormula` not repeated for all cells in the column?
 2. Why do I get `true` without `ArrayFormula` and `False` with `Arrayformula`?
