By default, Flask looks in the `templates` folder in the root level of your app.

So you have some options,
 

 1. rename `template` to `templates`

removing emojis from a string in Python

There is a `--user` option for pip which can install a Python package per user:

    pip install --user [python-package-name]

I used this option to install a package on a server for which I do not have root access. What I need now is to uninstall the installed package on the current user. I tried to execute this command:

    pip uninstall --user [python-package-name]

But I got:

    no such option: --user

How can I uninstall a package that I installed with `pip install --user`, other than manually finding and deleting the package?

which describes that uninstalling packages from user directory does not supported. According to the article if it was implemented correctly then with

    pip uninstall [package-name]
the package that was installed will be also searched in user directories. But a problem still remains for me. What if the same package was installed both system-wide and per-user?
What if someone needs to target a specific user directory?

In reference to [this link][1], I&#39;ve seen plenty of examples of using a HyperlinkedModelSerializer in Django Rest Framework. It says:

I want to read in a very large csv (cannot be opened in excel and edited easily) but somewhere around the 100,000th row, there is a row with one extra column causing the program to crash. This row is errored so I need a way to ignore the fact that it was an extra column. There is around 50 columns so hardcoding the headers and using names or usecols isn&#39;t preferable. I&#39;ll also possibly encounter this issue in other csv&#39;s and want a generic solution. I couldn&#39;t find anything in read_csv unfortunately. The code is as simple as this:

Every time I run my app that uses Flask-SQLAlchemy I get the following warning that the `SQLALCHEMY_TRACK_MODIFICATIONS` option will be disabled.

but that would use the host names instead of the IP addresses. 

Any ideas how this could be done?

looking at the docs for a while, I think this would allow me to loop through all the ip adresses:

        {{hostvars[host][&#39;ansible_ssh_host&#39;]}}
    {% endfor %}

But I just can&#39;t figure out how to create an array that holds all these IPs. So that I can use the `|join()` command on them.

I just thought I had figured it out... but it turns out that you cannot use the {% %} syntax in the playbook... or can I?

 I&#39;m using jinja 2 to output a yaml file but can&#39;t seem to get rid of a trailing newline and the end of a for loop. Eg the below

The [jinja API document at pocoo.org](http://jinja.pocoo.org/docs/dev/api/#) states:

As it turns out, this isn&#39;t so simple because you have to make/install a python package with your templates in it, which introduces a lot of needless complexity, especially if you have no intention of distributing your code.  You can refer to SO questions on the topic [here](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/38617900/need-to-package-jinja2-template-for-python) and [here](https://stackoverflow.com/questions/29150156/how-to-make-a-python-package-containing-only-jinja-templates), but the answers are vague and unsatisfying.

What a naive newbie wants to do, obviously, is just load the template directly from the filesystem, not as a resource in a package.  **How is this done?**
