I think you want to specify 

    -H &quot;Content-Type:text/xml&quot;

with a colon, not an equals.

In my home directory I have a folder drupal-6.14 that contains the Drupal platform.

From this directory I use the following command:

    find drupal-6.14 -type f -iname &#39;*&#39; | grep -P &#39;drupal-6.14/(?!sites(?!/all|/default)).*&#39; | xargs tar -czf drupal-6.14.tar.gz

What this command does is gzips the folder *drupal-6.14*, excluding all subfolders of *drupal-6.14/sites/* **except sites/all and sites/default**, which it includes.

My question is on the regular expression:

    grep -P &#39;drupal-6.14/(?!sites(?!/all|/default)).*&#39;

The expression **works** to exclude all the folders I want excluded, but I don&#39;t quite understand why.

It is a common task using regular expressions to

&gt; Match all strings, except those that **don&#39;t** contain subpattern x. Or in other words, negating a subpattern.

I (think) I understand that the general strategy to solve these problems is the use of negative lookaheads, but I&#39;ve never understood to a satisfactory level how positive and negative look(ahead/behind)s work.

Over the years, I&#39;ve read many websites on them. The PHP and Python regex manuals, other pages like http://www.regular-expressions.info/lookaround.html and so forth, but I&#39;ve never **really** had a solid understanding of them.

Could someone explain, how this is working, and perhaps provide some similar examples that would do similar things?

Regarding Andomar&#39;s response: can a double negative lookahead be more succinctly expressed as a single positive lookahead statement:

i.e Is: 

    &#39;drupal-6.14/(?!sites(?!/all|/default)).*&#39;

equivalent to:

    &#39;drupal-6.14/(?=sites(?:/all|/default)).*&#39;

I was playing with MYSQL and I know there&#39;s a limit command that shows a certain amount of results, but i was wondering if MySQL alone can show only the last 3 days or something. Just wondering.

I use the -H option to force the Content-Type to be xml, however, once I run the command I can see that the header is sent as urlencoded which is tainting one of the data values that I&#39;m sending. I am using this to  retrieve an upload token from YouTube using their API. I have no trouble retrieving an authentication token using a similar command.

Curl setting Content-Type incorrectly

when retrieving data from a URL using curl, I sometimes (in 80% of the cases) get

**error 18: transfer closed with outstanding read data remaining**

Part of the returned data is then missing. The weird thing is that this does never occur when the CURLOPT_RETURNTRANSFER is set to false, that is the curl_exec function doesn&#39;t return the data but displays the content directly.

What could be the problem? Can I set some of the options to avoid such behaviour?

I am returned what I want, but if I just use that - `$statuses` is echoed out onto the page.

I have a cron job setup on one server to run a backup script in PHP that is hosted on another server. 

The command I&#39;ve been using is

Lately I&#39;ve been getting this error when the Cron runs:

If I go to the link directly in my browser the script runs fine and I get my little backup ZIP file.

How do I POST XML data with curl

I&#39;m trying to stream some youTube videos using the MPMoviePlayerController but I&#39;m having some problems.  The code I&#39;m using is pretty simple and I can play .m4v videos by passing a URL to initWithContentURL.  When I launch the movie player the player comes up but just goes away after about 20 seconds.  When I try it in the simulator I get an alert view that says the server is not configured correctly.  Is there an argument I need to pass with the URL to get a specific type of video feed from google?

parse youtube video id using preg_match

I can&#39;t work out how to autoplay a video using the [new embed code style for Youtube][1]. I tried adding &amp;autoplay=1 to the url, which worked with the old style, but it didn&#39;t work. For example, [http://www.youtube.com/embed/JW5meKfy3fY][2] is the embed link, but [http://www.youtube.com/embed/JW5meKfy3fY&amp;autoplay=1][3] doesn&#39;t work. Can anyone tell me how to do it? Thanks
