I am probably missing something obvious but anyway:

When you import a package like `os` in python, you can use any submodules/subpackages off the bat. For example this works:

    &gt;&gt;&gt; import os
    &gt;&gt;&gt; os.path.abspath(...)

However I have my own package which is structured as follows:

    FooPackage/
      __init__.py
      foo.py

and here the same logic does not work:

    &gt;&gt;&gt; import FooPackage
    &gt;&gt;&gt; FooPackage.foo
    AttributeError: &#39;module&#39; object has no attribute &#39;foo&#39;

What am I doing wrong?



Importing packages in Python

In order to get the fastest feedback possible, we occasionally want Jenkins jobs to run in Parallel. Jenkins has the ability to start multiple downstream jobs (or &#39;fork&#39; the pipeline) when a job finishes. However, Jenkins doesn&#39;t seem to have any way of making a downstream job only start of all branches of that fork succeed (or &#39;joining&#39; the fork back together).

Jenkins has a &quot;Build after other projects are built&quot; button, but I interpret that as &quot;start this job when **any** upstream job finishes&quot; (not &quot;start this job when **all** upstream jobs succeed&quot;).

Here is a visualization of what I&#39;m talking about. Does anyone know if a plugin exists to do what I&#39;m after?

When I originally posted this question in 2012, Jason&#39;s answer (the Join and Promoted Build plugins) was the best, and the solution I went with.

However, dnozay&#39;s answer (The Build Flow plugin) was made popular a year or so after this question, which is a much better answer. For what it&#39;s worth, if people ask me this question today, I now recommend that instead.

How do I make a Jenkins job start after multiple simultaneous upstream jobs succeed?

When I go to the windows services window in Windows 7 (Start ==&gt; Administrative Tool ==&gt; Service), I can&#39;t find IIS Service listed! Am I missing something? I just want to restart the service. I have IIS Manager and can open it. Any help is much appreciated, thanks!

I was wondering if it is possible to check if `mod_rewrite` is enabled on **Apache** AND **IIS** in **`PHP`**.

**ModRewrite** for IIS exists. Check it [`here`][1].

So, I&#39;m looking for a PHP script that checks for `mod_rewrite` on **Apache** and **IIS.**

Does anyone know such script or can write one?

Especially for Microsoft **IIS**.

IIS Express gives Access Denied error when debugging ASP.NET MVC

I installed the Visual Studio 11 Beta and suddenly all the async action methods I had created under the VS 11 Developer preview started hanging (apparently this issue: http://blogs.msdn.com/b/pfxteam/archive/2012/03/03/10277166.aspx).

My app is using v4.0.30319 as the Framework Version, but there is no option to use 4.5. I repaired my .net 4.5 install to be sure, but nothing. Is there a way to configure this in IIS? Do I need to bin deploy the files (and if so which)?

When I try to inject the @request into any of my services, I get this exception:

I have a service defined as follows.

I&#39;m trying to pass a `java.util.Date` to it from my client (which is jaxrs:client of CXF, not a generic HTTP client or browser).

My service receives the date as `Thu Mar 01 22:33:10 IST 2012` in the HTTP URL. Since CXF won&#39;t be able to create a `Date` object using this String, my client receives a 404 error.
I tried using a `ParameterHandler` on the service side, but I still can&#39;t parse it successfully because I&#39;m not expecting the date in any specific format.

As per [this post][1], passing a `Date` is supposed to work out of the box, but I can&#39;t seem to get the basic case working. Am I required to do anything in order to successfully pass a Date object from my client to service? Appreciate any help.

I set up NGINX as a front end server for static content and I use Apache as a back-end server for other thing.

The thing is I can&#39;t find a logical answer that allows me to make `nginx.exe` a Windows system service (like my Apache).

Any come across an answer to this?

***Problem description :*** 

In my application recording will be scheduled. If user want to record video from 1 PM to 3 PM, he will schedule the task and can exit from application. Application will automatically start recording at 1PM to 3PM. 

***What I did yet :*** 

I googled about my query but didn&#39;t get solution. Many articles say that it is not possible. But in [Google Play][1] there are some applications (for eg [MyCar Recorder][2]) which can record video from background of application. 

*I got an [article][3] about same but its not working.* 

***What is the way to implement this functionality?***
