It turns out that _Angular JS_ package is the original main package, and that all these other modules including *AngularJS Core* are the result of [an initiative to partition the angular framework][1].

Darn confusing start when one is about to get his hands dirty, some explanation about this in the description of the packages would be nice.

I&#39;ve tried using the following link to change the color of a SwitchCompat:

Notice the low constrast in my switch:

But after changing all relevant color values the track (the brighter grey) of the SwitchCompat remains the same. I don&#39;t want to change the appearance except the color. The thumb is in pink, and I want the track to have some contrast. Did I miss to define a value in my styles.xml?

How to change the track color of a SwitchCompat

I have googled but not find out answer. So I need to ask.
I have one home screen. When User is logged in it will display one view as like bellow

I added constraints using storyboard. Now need to remove constraints from programming and add one constraints that will set layout to bellow first layout..

I&#39;m still struggling with promises, but making some progress thanks to the community here.

I have a simple JS function which queries a Parse database. It&#39;s supposed to return the array of results, but obviously due to the asynchronous nature of the query (hence the promises), the function returns before the results, leaving me with an undefined array.

What do I need to do to make this function wait for the result of the promise?

How do I wait for a promise to finish before returning the variable of a function?

Can someone explain to me: why are generator functions in ES6 marked by asterisk symbol? 

For example, instead of:

I have app with sidebar menu. I am on second page and I am calling controller function which redirect me to first page using:

Problem is that on this page is now displayed back button next sidebar menu icon, see image below:

Ionic framework $state.go(&#39;app.home&#39;); is adding back button on page where I want to go (how to remove it)?

I am using ajax call to perform functionality in a service file and if the response is successful, I want to redirect the page to another url. How to redirect to another page using AngularJS?

I have a `&lt;div&gt;` element which has another `&lt;div&gt;` element as its child. 

I added the `ng-click` directive to the parent, and expected it not to be fired when clicking the child. However, it does.
